Local Lib Dems have called on local residents to demand better from the Scottish Government in their budget.
After the most recent Scottish budget left the council having to make £13m of cuts to local services, Lib Dem Joint Council Leader Vaughan Moody said “I encourage local people to raise serious questions with their MSPs about the ever-tighter squeeze on council budgets. We are fighting to protect jobs and services but we need better central funding to get the best deal for East Dunbartonshire.”
