Jo has visited the well-established and expanding Kirkintilloch company Exchange Communications.

Jo met Operations Director Michael McMillan at Exchange Communications’ Kirkintilloch headquarters, to catch up on the company’s latest developments. Established in 1990, the firm delivers bespoke business telecoms services using the Avaya range of technology to a range of local, national and international businesses, having recently won global tenders for work in Brazil, Turkey and the US.
Exchange Communications have tendered to provide their services to a number of large organisations, including the Scottish Parliament. Jo and Michael discussed the company’s current concerns, challenges and opportunities.
