From 9am-5pm on April 27th, Digital UK will be holding a drop-in information event at Morrisons in Bishopbriggs to give East Dunbartonshire residents advice on the various ways to go digital.

Their team will also be answering viewers’ questions at a drop-in session on April 1st between 10am-1pm at William Patrick Library in Kirkintilloch.

Local people will make the switch to digital in two stages in East Dunbartonshire. On 8th June, the analogue signal for BBC2 will be switched off, followed by the rest of the analogue channels’ signal on 22nd June.

“Digital UK’s upcoming information events are a great opportunity for local residents to receive advice and support and find out their options for going digital.

“When the switchover process completes in East Dunbartonshire on 22ndJune, Scotland will become a fully digital nation, and Digital UK’s information and advice will help to ensure this is a smooth transition for many local viewers.”
