While not currently having a councillor for Lenzie and Kirkintilloch South, the local team still actively campaign in the ward. We are always looking for volunteerers to help build our presence and be community champions in hope to regain a seat at the next council elections.
The SNP and Labour tax hike of 9.5% on top of 13.2% last year is an unacceptable 23% in two years. The Lib Dems proposed an alternative budget with an increase of only 6.5% instead.
