The residents of Milngavie and Bearsden have long suffered from not having a local Health & Care Centre. Susan Murray and the local Lib Dems are calling for a new Health & Care Centre to serve the west of East Dunbartonshire and give residents and professionals the improved facilities that they deserve.

On being elected to Westminster, one of Susan's first acts was to write a NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde about the urgent need for a new Health and Care Centre for Milngavie and Bearsden.
She also called on the Chancellor to ensure that our community receives this much-needed new facility that provide essential services to individuals and families across the constituency.

Susan spoke about the need for a new centre as part of a Freedom of Information (FOI) request by the Scottish Liberal Democrats revealed hundreds of NHS buildings in need significant repairs.
These worrying numbers highlight the dire need to give residents of Bearsden and Milngavie access to better quality local healthcare facilities.
