Both votes in May matter in East Dunbartonshire

Jamie Greene and Susan Murray out campaigning holding canvass cards.

Hello, I’m Jamie Greene. For nearly ten years, it's been my privilege to be one of your MSPs for the West Scotland region.

Over that time, I’ve worked to make politics deliver real change, including securing key elements of my Victims Bill into law, holding the Scottish Government to account over the ferries fiasco and I am leading the Scottish Liberal Democrats’ budget negotiations this year to squeeze as much as I can out of this coming budget for our communities. Sensible, constructive politics is how I do business.

I grew up in Greenock, and it’s where I still live. My experience at Holyrood this past decade has shown me both how politics can improve lives but also where it too often falls short for people.

Over the past year, I’ve been working closely with your great local MP Susan Murray, your candidate for Strathkelvin and Bearsden, Adam Harley, and the East Dunbartonshire team to raise local issues in the Scottish Parliament chamber.

But I'm not done yet.

I’m standing for Holyrood again because I believe politics should mean getting things done.

My priorities are clear: supporting local business, improving childcare, fixing transport and social care and growing our local economy.

This May, both your votes should be for the Scottish Liberal Democrats, to elect Adam as your constituency MSP and with your peach vote, you will elect me on the regional vote.

Take Action

I'm backing the Scottish Liberal Democrats
