Vote for Scottish Lib Dems in Strathkelvin & Bearsden to deny SNP majority
Scottish Liberal Democrat candidate Adam Harley has today said that voting for his party in Strathkelvin & Bearsden is the best way to deprive the SNP of a majority and get stuff done for local people in the next parliamentary term.
It comes as Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Alex Cole-Hamilton launched the party’s campaign earlier this week.
Scottish Liberal Democrat candidate for Strathkelvin & Bearsden, Adam Harley said:
“We know you feel let down by the other parties.
“We think that Strathkelvin and Bearsden deserves better than this, but it needs to be change with fairness at its heart.
“Household bills are soaring. You’re waiting too long to see your GP. The ferries fiasco has cost taxpayers millions. And Scottish education just isn’t what it used to be.
“Scottish Liberal Democrats believe in fairness for everyone, no matter who you are or where you come from. That’s why we have a realistic plan to get things done: delivering first-rate healthcare, helping you with the cost of living, getting our area moving again and getting Scottish education back to its best.
“Liberal Democrats are winning again, with more councillors, a record number of MPs and more to come.
“By voting for the Scottish Liberal Democrats in Strathkelvin and Bearsden, you can deny the SNP the parliamentary majority that John Swinney craves. It's the best way to make sure we get things done for people here in the next parliament.
“Strathkelvin and Bearsden deserves better. And with the Scottish Liberal Democrats, you can vote for it.”
