East Dunbartonshire MP Jo Swinson recently met local tennis player Maia Lumsden who is being supported by a Bank of Scotland ‘Local Hero’ grant as she aims to impress at this month’s Junior Wimbledon championships. EDs Ramps gets off to a flying start at their launch event


East Dunbartonshire’s Cycle Co-op, the cycle promotion NGO, has developed Bishopbriggs’ and East Dunbartonshire’s first indoor bike ramps- EDs Ramps. Internationally acclaimed, Vision Ramps, who built Red Bull Rider Danny MacAskill’s Imaginate set in Kelvinhall, took on the task of making the best use of the limited space available.
